TPM 2.0 - How to enable in INTEL (R) CORE (TM) i7 8700 CPU @3.20GHz

Is Processor INTEL (R) CORE (TM) i7 8700CPU @3.20GHz in Windows 11 compatible with TPM 2.0 in Windows 11 and if so , how can I enable it?

Your processor has PTT and is supported by Windows 11:

It should be enabled.   You can RUN TPM.MSC to verify.   If it is off, or not enabled, look in your bios to turn it on.
