What's the meaning of the CPU Mark?

Recently, I am engaging in power on a board base on TGL UP3 processor, when I want to figure out the exact meaning of the mark on CPU, I am little confused.

1. firstly, the QDF number is 4 characters，and only QDF number is only for QS sample, right ?

2. S-SPEC number begin with "S", and follow 4 charaters, and S-SPEC number is only for production processors, right ?
