Where are the J6412 and J6413 in customer products?

Hi, recently i bought a low budget notebook with a J4115 and I love it. I was thinking to purchase a mini pc with a J4115/4125, but I found that intel already "launched" these two new celeron. They have quite amazing spec for just 54 bucks (yet i am a bit worried of the max temp, 70ºC), but not a single ecommerce site has them. How long should we wait to see one of these CPU for customer purchase?
