Where can I find basic thermal parameters (Theta Jb and Theta Jc) of the I7-9850HE?

I am going to be designing a system using a COM Express module with a I7-9850HE on it. We are looking at doing a custom thermal solution and need detailed thermal information about the CPU for the model. WHere can I find this info?
