In the meantime, we were able to get our new board mostly working by taking an NVM eeprom chip off of an Intel X710-DA2 adapter we had.
We tried using nvmupdate64e on our blank eeprom, but it says "Access Error" (and yes, write protect is disabled).
- Are there other tools available to program the NVM when blank?
- Do we need a separate EEPROM programmer to program it breof ir goes on the board?
- Can it be programmed via JTAG? if so are there tools for that?
Thanks
