Hello,

I am working on a ARM-IMX6DL SoM based in a Linux-Embedded Environment (emDebian) whose Hardware makes use of some I210. We need the eeprom-ARM-Tool in order to program the NVM by using this tool.

Where can I find it?

Thank you,

Hello Gabriel,

Thanks for contacting the Intel Embedded Community.

Due to this documentation is classified as Intel Confidential; it requires a non-disclosure agreement between your company and Intel. You would need to apply for a Privilege account by visiting http://www.intel.com/ Intel.com.

You can find more information in the "Manage my Account" section found on this page.

https://www-ssl.intel.com/content/www/us/en/intelligent-systems/embedded-design-center-contact-us.html https://www-ssl.intel.com/content/www/us/en/intelligent-systems/embedded-design-center-contact-us.html

However, to qualify for an account, you must use the company email address, not a personal one such as yahoo, Gmail, etc. If you would like to be contacted by an Intel representative to assist you in the process, please let us know.

Best Regards,

Gabriel Thomas

Hello Gabriel,

thank you for answering so fast.

I have applied for a Privilege account by following the steps you described. However the status of my account is still "pending Priviliged".

So far, I have not received any "confirmation email". Which steps should I follow now ?

Thank you

Gabriel

Hello Gabriel,

Thanks again for the answer.

Sorry to insist but we need as fast as possible this tool. That issue is blocking our development process. I would be glad to provide all information required but I am still waiting for the contact from Intel by email.

Best Regards,

Gabriel

Hello again, just to inform.

We are not using I210 as I said on my first post, but I211. The ID number of the controllers is the one programmed according to factory default, 1532. We need to program the right ID, 1539.

Thank you,

Gabriel
