In case that it is a third party one, please let us know all the information related to it? In case that it is your design, could you please clarify if it has been reviewed by Intel?

It's our own design & this circuit have been used by Intel x86 system in many projects.

It's with 8Mbit external flash . LAN function is ok if I mount eeprom which is already have data(FW & MAC) in it.
