BKC and Release Notes foir SkyLake's CSME Revision 11.8.90.3987v9 Release

Hi

I'm looking for some BKC document for my Intel® Xeon® Processor E3-1515M v5.

As far as I could find  CSME Revision 11.8.90.3987v9 is the most updated CSME release for it.

I could download the package from here

And there is also a document which says: "The Release Notes are located in CCL – Document #661594" but the link is broken.

Where can I find the release notes for this version?
