Is it a desktop or laptop? • Are you having an Ethernet, wireless, or USB connectivity issue? • What is the model of the adapter that is having the issue? • Please describe more the issue that you are having NOTE: We only provide support in English and we use a translation tool for your post. HI, thanks for your reply. It is a laptop. HP Envy x360. i7, Windows 10.

The real problem identified is that all the usb ports are not working. No drivers in the device manager. I tried MediaCreationTool and it did not solve the issue.

How do I get all the usb drivers reinstalled without loosing my data in the laptop? Can't backup as no cd and usb drivers do not work.

Thanks for your help,

Ewa
