DPDK: Where is Intel's libsso_kasumi library?

I've tried to follow DPDK's Cryptodevs instruction for KASUMI Crypto Pool Mode Driver:

https://fast.dpdk.org/doc/pdf-guides/cryptodevs-master.pdf

Instruction in Chapter 9.3 mentions this:

"To build DPDK with the KASUMI_PMD the user is required to download the export controlled libsso_kasumi library, by registering in Intel Resource & Design Center. Once approval has been granted, the user needs to search for Kasumi F8 F9 3GPP cryptographic algorithms Software Library to download the library or directly through this link."

I've got approved account on Intel Resource & Design Center but I can't find mentioned "Kasumi F8 F9 3GPP cryptographic algorithms Software Library" and provided link isn't working. Is this library located somewhere else now? Where?

Reason, I'm asking is that we are now trying to move our application from dedicated PowerPC hardware to commodity servers with Intel Xeon CPUs. I'm looking for way how to efficiently handle Kasumi F8 F9 ciphers on new platform.

BR,

Rafal
