ESD Spec. question of Intel D-1533N processor

Hi Intel team,

Could you support to advise the ESD spec of Intel D-1533N processor (shall include human body model, charged device model and machine model separately), if the ESD spec. is meet the requirement of ANSI/ESD S20.20, thank you.
