How does Intel Xenon D1529 follow IEC61508 safety standards and if there are any restrictions ? Are there documentations where we can look at the reports of processor dealing with processor disagreements, soft errors, etc ?

I want to know how much of the IEC 61508 compliance load can Xeon D1529 can take off my plate. Does it restrict what I can do with the system in any way, do I have to follow certain rules, softwares, etc to keep my system IEC 61508 compliant. Also, I want to know how does Xeon D1529 deals with soft errors, watchdog timers, processor disagreements as these are crucial to my system.
