Intel Embedded Xeon Processor - Using a single core 100% & not at all using other cores

Is there any issue, if I use a single core with 100% load for continuous 7 - 8 days, by not at all using other cores. 

Eg. Consider 12 core Intel Xeon Embedded Processor D-1559. I will load Core 1 with 100% CPU load and won't use 11 cores. I may use Linux isolcpus method for this testing.
