Hello, customer bought Xeon D1559 CPU GG8067402570801S R2M5 (MM# 947376) and found scratches on the corner. We have asked similar question and your team came back saying it's cosmetic issue from production line. But customer wants to data/evidence of what is causing this discoloration in their process and that this will not cause a reliability issue in the future. Is this something you can provide?
