Intel Xeon E-2276ME DDR4 memory Down ECC support

Hello 

 

We wanted to ask about Intel Xeon E-2276ME Processor . Does this processor support ECC in DDR4 memory Down . As in PDG 571391 it is Showing N/A for ECC snap attached . But we have seen many 3U VPX Based Board with same processor using DDR4 in memory Down configuration and giving Support for ECC as well. Could you please put some light on it.

Yes, it seems that ECC for memory down is not validated by Intel, customers must do their own validation by themselves.
