I am a private researcher with access to various platforms and aim to deeply debug power-related issues. From what I understand, the SoC Watch bundled with the oneAPI Base Toolkit is a limited version of the one included in the System Bring-up Toolkit. I am currently at the stage where I carefully select PCIe LTR values but still struggle to consistently achieve stable pkg C10 or S0_SLP residency. I don't represent any particular company and am currently working on this independently. Is it possible for me to sign a CNDA to access this toolkit, or is it only available to individuals working for a company?

As far as I understand applying for Premier account requires me to work on some company (at least form mentions "business email").
So emailing them is the only option in my case?
