We are using Intel Xeon-W11865MRE processor. The hardware is a COM Express module. We are experiencing intermittent system hang with display output flicker. Graphics output is from intel graphics. Operating system is Linux 64-bit.
Sometimes we are getting following error, in the dmesg log

We have updated the microcode also. The issue still persists. After system reset, dmesg log is showing BERT: Errors from previous boot,

Requesting help in identifying cause of above failure and solving the issue
