Hello @rer33,
Thank you for contacting Intel Embedded Community.
I looked internally but we don't have IBIS models for the 10GBASE interface, but regarding the Intel Xeon D-2700 processors, we have the following:
#599830 - Intel Configurable Silicon Modeler (CSM) IBIS-AMI Model User Guide and Models
#614029 - Intel® Xeon® D-1700 and D-2700 Processor Family Signal DDR4 Signal Integrity Model User Guide (MUG) and Models
#615122 - Idaville USB 3.0 Signal Integrity Model User Guide (MUG) and Models
#615121 - Idaville SATA 3.0 Signal Integrity Model User Guide (MUG) and Models
#614297 - Ice Lake-D LCC and HCC PCI Express* (PCIe*) 3.0 and 4.0 Signal Integrity for the Idaville Platform Model User Guide (MUG) and Models
#608880 - PCIe* Simulation and Analysis Methodology
You will need a Premier account in order to get access to these documents.
Also, I have found a recommendation for Network interfaces, is the COM methodology (Channel Operation Margin).
The IEEE site has a channel simulation Tool COM (Channel Operating Margin).
