Dear All,
We have designed a custom board with an I210 Ethernet controller. It enumerates on the PCIe bus correctly, but the Linux driver shows it as unprogrammed.
We need to flash the onboard flash memory, and for it we would need access to the EEUPDATE tool and to the production images.
We have tried to apply for a DZP account (search on the forums suggested that this will be the way), but it was rejected almost immediately.
Can you please help us with this issue?
If we have to sign an NDA to apply for a DZP account it won't be a problem, we are happy to do that. In that case can you please guide us through the process?
Thank you very much in advance!
Best regards,
Barnabas

Hi b_barnabee,
Thank you for reaching the Intel Community.
The tool requested (EEPROM or EEUpdate64e) can be found in the Intel Resource & Design Center (RDC) privileged account on the following website:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/resources-documentation/developer.html
Kindly note the documents/files require NDA access with a Developer Zone Premier account. For further details, please refer to the article:

Hi Fikri_Intel,
Thank you for the response!
I have contacted Intel Support to help with the NDA process, I got so far that our company's details were requested, but unfortunately there is radio silence since about 6 days.
Can you please tell me who I should ping regarding status update about our NDA process?
I hope that the process will take off and we will be able to request a Developer Zone Premier account with the NDA.
Best regards,
Barnabas

Hi Fikri,
Unfortunately absolutely nothing has happened, Intel Support is continuing to be silent with no response.
We weren't able to take a single step towards the signed NDA and our DZP account which is starting to get frustrating.
Do you have any tips how we could escalate this process to at least go to the next step?
Thank you!

Hello b_barnabee,
Good day!
Thank you for your reply. We understand that it is taking a while for the NDA process and you are yet to get an update from the NDA team. Since the NDA approvals need verification, it takes some time for NDA to be issued.
Rest assured, you should receive an update from them at the earliest.
We request you to give it some more time. Thank you for your cooperation.
Thank you for using Intel products and services.
Best Regards,
