Intel, you said you would get back to us with a response on the matter but it has been months and we still have yet to receive a response.
Are the Ethernet Controllers in these boards faulty or not?
Please give us a straightforward answer so those of us having problems (and there are many of us) may proceed with our RMAs.

I for am still receiving the packet loss but worst of all the latest driver update or maybe it was the firmware update Asus had me do has locked me out of the advertised 2. 5 Gb speed.
