Can all the 4 Ethernet ports of X710-TM4 be connected to RJ45 ports at the same time?

Thanks for your great help.
It looks like X710-TM4 have 2 10GBase-T PHY and 2 10G KR/SFI PHY include.
So if we need four RJ45 ports, we must have an additional 2 10GBase-T PHYs.
Is my understanding correct?

Your understanding is right. Please be informed that X710-TM4 is a low-power controller that offer design flexibility through support for mixed media – quad port with two ports of BASE-T, and two ports of KR/SFI.
