We have been using the 64-bit version of eeupdate for programming the MAC addresses in our Intel
Ethernet Connection E823-L from ICE-Lake.

After I executed "eeupdate64e /nic=4 /MAC=a0369ff91134" , I get an error message as below

Connection to QV driver failed - please reinstall it!

I used this tool to update x550 with NIC=1, the mac address can be updated successfully

What does this error code spewed by eeupdate64e mean?

Thanks
