Development Demo for Intel E810 2-port 100G NIC under system Win Server 2019

Hello I have faced a problem: I need a development Demo for RDMA(RoCE v2) of E810 100G 2-port card under Windows server 2019 system. I plan to capture the images via a capture card and save into memory then transfer the images directly to Linux server via E810 RoCE v2 to save the CPU usage. And both of the servers will use the same E810 card. Could you help tell when can I find this demo or any support? Or if you have any other transfer softwares would also help.
