We are looking at FM10420 controller based NICs. Does this controller support timestamping of only IEEE 1588 frames or every frame? Where can I find a datasheet for this controller?

Hi vj535in,
Thank you for the post. I am not an expert on this ethernet controller but I found on our ark.intel.com, the specs show the controller support IEEE 1588.

Hi wb,
Thanks for the response. I found the same specs but we are interested in the detailed datasheet. Fo example, the link below is the datasheet for XL710 controller
http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/embedded/products/networking/xl710-10-40-controller-datasheet.html Intel® Ethernet Controller XL710 Datasheet
We need the same info for FM10420.
