i am trying to test RX path QoS as mentioned in the datasheet. (ETS and Strict in RX path) but unable to test them. can you provide any documentation to make TC0 on strict in RX path and TC2, TC3 on ets with 50 percent BW. How to configure registers?

Hi Uzair Jawaid,
We sincerely apologize for the late response and any inconvenience it may have caused.
Let us know if you have tried the tc ‘shaper’ option to set bw_rlimit min/max_rate. This allows setting different QoS per TC.
This is documented in the ADQ Config Guide (https://cdrdv2.intel.com/v1/dl/getContent/609008/view), in Appendix A.1 and A.1.2.1(new revision) as per below.
More details on the ‘shaper’ option are listed in the tc-mqprio man page:
https://man.archlinux.org/man/tc-mqprio.8.en

Hi Fariz,
Thanks for your reply.
I am looking for any details on the RX path. We have tried the QoS setting using TC on the egress path and it worked. Since it's mentioned in the data, we want to see what QoS (ETS / Strict / BW) feature we can apply to ingress traffic on the Rx path. Any way to configure QoS on Rx Path? Thanks
Best Regards

Hi Uzair,
Thank you for the update provided.
Let me double-check this matter. By the way, have you tried using the same settings with TC or any different configuration to set up QoS on the ingress path (Rx)? We will get back to you once we have an update.
Best regards,

Hi,
For tx we were able to configure using lldptools
For the ingress RX path, it was not working. and I didn't find any utility to configure QoS on the RX path.
