Hi Suri10,
Thank you for posting in Intel Ethernet Communities.
1) For us to further check and investigate the issue, please provide the following details.
- Are you using a PCIe E810-C or this is onboard?
- If this is a PCIe card, can you provide some picture of the card on both sides focusing on the markings?
- What is the brand and model of your system?
You could also check the link below for the E810 series firmware and driver update.
If you have questions, please let us know. In case we do not hear from you, we will make a follow up on Feb 14th 2023. Thank you.
Best regards,

Hi Irwan,
1 and 2: Its PCIE card, I don't have pictures at the moment, since working remotely
3: Its Dell XR11 Server, Running Linux image.
The NVM link you provided above doesn't have the device ETrack ID 8000B3B8 in nvmupdate.cfg (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19629/non-volatile-memory-nvm-update-utility-for-intel-ethernet-network-adapters-e810-series-efi.html )
Can you check and let me know which NVM driver has this ETrack ID 8000B3B8 in nvmupdate.cfg ?

Hi Suri10,
The latest nvmupdate.cfg file does not contain the Etrack ID 8000B3B8 as well.
However you can download the latest Linux drivers from https://sourceforge.net/projects/e1000/files/ice%20stable/
1)May I have a confirmation if this card purchased separately or is it from OEM manufacturer together with the system?
You might need to contact the OEM manufacturer ( if your card is OEM NIC) for proper assistance to check the NVM and firmware drivers needed for the card.

Looking forward to hear from you soon.
