Flow Bifurcation - XXV710 for 25GbE SFP28 (rev 02)

This bug outlines the technologies I'm using to attempt to create VFs.

My goal is VF's in SRIOV mode and VFs in iavf mode. But this might not be possible on the 700 cards? Can intel rep confirm this?
