Hello team,
I'm facing a challenge with two desktop computers of mine. Both the desktop computer are HP Z2 Tower G9 Workstation 13TH Gen. I get a lot of network disconnects which disrupts our client's surveillance system making the system to log off disrupting monitoring of CCTV.
When I go to the windows event viewer I get error of "e1dexpress errors" like:
- "Intel(R) Ethernet Connection (17) I219-LM Network link is disconnected."
- "The network interface "Intel(R) Ethernet Connection (17) I219-LM" has begun resetting. There will be a momentary disruption in network connectivity while the hardware resets. Reason: The network driver requested that it be reset. This network interface has reset 1 time(s) since it was last initialized." - This is after restarting the computer.
I have checked the cisco port configs properties and everything is okay. Could someone help with this issue?
Here are the photos of the errors.

Hello Edwin,
Greetings from Intel!
Thank your for your response, as you have informed that the adapter is integrated into the motherboard. Therefore, we recommend reaching out to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or the board manufacturer for further assistance.
Since there is no further scope of support from our end we will be archiving the case.
Regards,
Amina
