How can I get the schematic and pinmap of I350-T4?

Hi, I have came from another post 'Is it allowed us to use pps through SDP?'

The purpose is to use pps through SDP to test the product.  

To achieve the goal, it seems that I need to get the schematic and pinmap.

How can I get them?
