How can i get all drives downloaded?

I have no ethernet drives or usb drives downloaded on my computer which means i can´t use anything and i cant download anything because i have no internet. I have tried everything and wonder if u have some ideas for me?

1. What is your computer/board model?
2. What is the operating system you are using? Is the O.S. installed
3. Do you have WiFi adapter in your system?
