How to collect debug message of X550 NIC?

Hi experts,

I'm looking for a way of collecting debug messages of X550 NIC in Windows server.

Is there any advanced driver settings or parameter to

collect debug messages?

or

Is there any debug binary/driver to make that happen?

Thanks for your advice

Jae
