Hi,
Per Intel's "Intel I350 25x25 IBIS Models" Revision 1.1 document, the PCIe 2.5GT/sec and 5.0 GT/sec HSPICE models are available. Please provide those models to us at Sanmina, an Intel Alliance Partner, for reference simulation.
Thanks.

Hello Hai_Sanmina
Thank you for getting in touch with the Intel Ethernet Communities.
Since this question is related to the design and simulation, to receive the most appropriate support, I suggest posting your query to the Embedded Communities. They have the necessary expertise and resources to provide you with the support you need for the reference simulation.

Hi Irwan,
I tried the embedded community - there is no support for I350-AM4 or any I350.
Your "Intel I350 17x17 IBIS Models" Revision 1.1 document (I350-AM4), succinctly stated the following:
For the SERDES interface (BX, KX, or SGMII mode) there are IBIS models, and Intel also has HSPICE
models. For greater simulation accuracy, Intel recommends the use of HSPICE models for higher
speed interfaces, like SERDES (BX, KX, and SGMII).
The following i350 HSPICE models and simulation kits are available to approved Intel LAN silicon
customers.
• PCIe: 2.5 GT/sec and 5.0 GT/sec
• MDI: 1000BASE-T, 100BASE-TX, and 10BASE-T
• SERDES: BX, KX, and SGMII
I found the HSPICE models for the SGMII and the MDI from my search within the Intel support just as you have pointed out to me but not the PCIe - it should be available.
Please help! Thanks.

Hi Hai_Sanmina,
Unfortunately, we were unable to locate the requested document. If possible, could you please provide us with the IPS case number that you entered for this issue? It will help us in further investigation and assistance.
I want to inform you that Embedded Communities does provide support for I350, and there are several posts related to that topic. If you haven't already, I recommend posting a question in the relevant thread to seek assistance from the community.
Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.
