Determine ramifications of Intel® Ethernet products and technologies

Have I350-T4 installed and running (Network Connections Software Version 16.8).

Want to use SNMP with INTELLAN.mib (in APPS\SNMP\MIB directory of driver disc 16.8).

Using ireasoning MIBbrowser sent get .1.3.6.1.4.1.343.2.7.2.1.5.0 (mibVersionSupported), (V2c, community public, port 161) and response captured on wireshark was ICMP error code 3, port unreachable.

Any settings required or obvious problems with the above ?
