Hello,
To help us investigate the issues you are experiencing can you do a couple things for us.
1. Please follow the instructions on this article https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000089850/software/software-applications.html to provide us with the IDSA logs.
2. You can also go to Download Center and download the driver update package direct from here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18293/intel-network-adapter-driver-for-windows-10.html
Download and Install and let us know the results.
Doing these things will help us identify if the issue is with the driver package or IDSA.
Thanks,
Intel Team

I ran both of the programs you requested. Here is a copy of the DSA subdirectory zipped before running the two programs.

After installing the two programs you have requested the drivers still do not install successfully. I cannot send a copy of the zipped DSA subdirectory because it is larger than 23 mb It is 28.5 mb.

@mjlessor Hello. I am the IDSA project manager. You can try just choosing the Data and Logs folders (leaving out the Downloads Folder) and zipping those to provide to us. Hopefully that will be smaller than 23MB.
Thanks,

The latest driver release version for Window 10 and Windows 11 is driver version 14.0.5.0.
The driver version you are referencing (14.0.6.0) is for Windows Server 2016 and Window 10 prior to Build 1709.
I can understand how this could be confusing. However, driver version 14.0.5.0 is the latest version for your build of Windows 10 and for Windows 11.
Let me know if you have further questions about this.
Thanks,
Intel Team

Exact same scenario, problem and symptoms here.
If 14.0.6.0 is for Windows Server and older Win10 builds, why is it being pushed as an update to Windows 10 latest build by Intel driver update app?

That is a question we are currently trying to figure out with our IDSA team.
We'll update once we have some more info.

Used 3rd party Driver update service and version 14.0.6.0 installed. 3rd party service is from AVG antivirus.

I tried 3 3rd party driver updaters and only the one from AVG worked.
I tried Avast Driver updater and it did not update the driver.
I tried Auslogics Driver updater and it did not update the driver.
I tried AVG Driver Updater and it finally updated the driver so the Intel scan of drivers shows all are updated.
Thank you for your help and assistance

@motbar95B @mjlessor @Eric52 @SergioRZ @Kermit12 Our team has updated the necessary detection metadata for IDSA to function correctly for this download. If you could try running IDSA and choose the "Refresh Results" on the left-hand IDSA menu, please let us know if the correct version is offered and installs without issue.
Thank you for your patience while we fixed this.
