Intel X550-T2 Unable to update firmware

Prompt: The device cannot be found, but it is working normally. The model is Intel retail version, not OEM

I want to ask how to deal with it. I have tried to update it under EFI, but all versions fail, and only prompt Device not found

1. Are you using a PCIe Intel X550-T2 or is it onboard?
2. If you are using a PCIe card, please send photos of the unit on both sides for us to check the unit.
3. Can you share the link of the firmware update file that you tried to use?
