Intel X710 Quadport 10GB Direct Attach Interface only coming as 1 Gbps when using 10Gbps LC,LR Dell SFPs, Any idea how to solve this?

I have a Dell R740 Server fitted with 7 x Intel X710 Quadport 10 Gb cards, when we connect a Dell 10 Gb SFP+ LR,LC the cards only work at 1 Gb, but when we use 10 G Dell SFP+ SR, they work at 10 G , I also have tried with Dell 10G SFP SR and it seems work fine.

Initially, I thought the issue was with the SFPs but they seem to work on a Dell Ethernet 10G 4P X710/I350 rNDC card.

Thank you for the outputs. To confirm if this is an Intel retail X710 adapter we would need the markings from the product label. The NVM and firmware version are from Dell, so this is most likely an OEM Dell version of the adapter. Please check with Dell for further support, as the supported SFP modules would be different for OEM Ethernet adapters.
