Is there any Speed/performance difference between Intel® 82574L and Intel® i350

Hello

I like to know if there is any difference between the Intel Ethernet Controller 82574L and the i350 about speed/performance at 1 Gbit?

I am going the build a Server system and i dont know if this Network Controllers will make a big difference in the Network performance at Gbit speed.
