Kernel Module for XL710

I am looking for a kernel module (kmod-) for the XL710.

I located a driver here that installs successfully, but my company has specifically requested a kernel module to install this. I haven't been able to locate a kernel module download for this or adequate information on packaging the driver .rpm into a kmod .rpm.

I read through this CentOS article on building your own kernel modules as well as the entirety of the README included with the above driver, but I haven't quite figured out how to get the driver into said kernel module. 

The system is running CentOS Linux release 7.6.1810 with kernel version 3.10.0-957.5.1.el7.x86_64.

I am rather new at this; any and all help is greatly appreciated. If there is any more information that would be useful I can certainly provide it. What direction should I take from here?
