I'm having problems accessing the "Advanced Properties" tab for an Intel Gigabit ET dual-port (82576) NIC under Windows 2003 x64 using driver version 15.1.1. Driver installed successfully (all components selected during install) but when navigating to NIC Properties -> Configure I expected to see an Intel tab or Advanced tab with options to set NIC settings such as RSS, speed/duplex, etc. However, all I see is General, Driver and Resources tabs. The driver works as expected and the tabs show up when the NIC is installed on Windows 2008 x64. I get the same behavior with v15.0 of the driver as well.

Turns out there is an issue accessing the properties via an RDP session (DCOM permissions problem). Worked fine when consoled into the box. The following article fixed the issue: http://www.intel.com/support/network/sb/CS-020166.htm http://www.intel.com/support/network/sb/CS-020166.htm
