Good afternoon,
According to our customer's information, we need to sign an NDA with INTEL to get the programming tools and configuration files for the i210 ethernet controller.
Can you please assist us with this? where can we get that NDA signed?

Hello ULEDUC,
Greetings!!
Thank you for providing the update.
Additionally, please note that standard Corporate Non-Disclosure Agreement (CNDA) is required to access the RDC. If you do not have an active CNDA, we recommend contacting one of our Intel® Representative / Distributors from your organization, who will be able to assist you in getting the CNDA signed with Intel.

Noted, I have followed the instructions on the link.
What are the next steps? How do i know if the application was accepted? if I go back to manage benefits, its still showing red on the Resource & Documentation option.

Hi ULEDUC,
Following up from our previous post regarding the NDA creation, please note that in the link shared, you need to follow the steps under ''Premier'' section to create a developer zone premier account.
In order to access Intel confidential files, a premier account is needed.
And to create the NDA, we request you to get in touch with your Intel® Representative as they can create the NDA for your account in a timely manner from their end.
