Hello, I'm reaching out for assistance, hoping someone can guide me to a solution to get "Link detected: yes" on my network interface.

Hardware and Setup Details
Network Card: Intel Corporation 82599 10 Gigabit Network Connection (rev 01)

SFP Module: The server vendor recommended this SFP as compatible. ethtool -m enp1s0 shows:
Transceiver type : 10G Ethernet: 10G Base-SR
Laser wavelength : 850nm
Vendor name : Intel Corp
Vendor PN : FTLX8574D3BCV-I5

Driver: I compiled and loaded the ixgbe driver from Intel's website: https://downloadmirror.intel.com/856156/ixgbe-6.1.4.tar.gz
Switch Side: The other end is a switch with a Linktel SFP, also 850nm.
Cabling: Both SFPs are new, and the multimode fiber optic cable is also new. I've tried swapping the fiber order on the cable, but the port on the switch does not light up in that configuration.
Current Status and Observations
After executing ip link set up dev enp1s0, the port LED on the switch lights up. show interfaces xe-0/2/2 on the switch confirms:

Physical interface: xe-0/2/2, Enabled, Physical link is Up
However, on the server side, the port LED does not light up, and ethtool reports Link detected: no.

Driver and Kernel Information
modinfo ixgbe output:

Any suggestions or insights into why the link isn't coming up on the server side would be greatly appreciated!
