Updated with the latest driver, restarted, still can't run the Cable Test.
Connection Tests run fine.
Any ideas why?
Windows 10 Pro x64 22H2 latest patches.
PROSet v29.0 installed.
Driver v29.0 installed.
Restarted.

My system is based on a Gigabyte X570 Aorus Ultra motherboard, bios version F37g.
This motherboard has an Intel I211 Gbe adapter onboard.
Do you need additional info?

Hello Tom,
Greetings for the day !
Based on your query , I would request you to provide the below information.
1) Are you using SFP? If yes which SFP are you using ?
2) Was the cable test working fine before or is it a new setup ?
3) Which application are you using to run the cable test ?
Regards,
Varsha

Hi Varsha,
1) Using it without an SFP.
2) It's a new setup.
3) Using the PROSet app "Intel(R) PROSet Adapter Configuration Utility" to run the cable test.

Hi Simon,
As per Camel75's message, I think there's more evidence that this is a bug with the latest driver/Proset versions.
Please research that instead of directing the fault to my cable/motherboard.
Thanks

Hi Pintu,
Why is that important?
Can't you verify that the packages that I shared the links for are compatible with my Intel NIC model (I211), and are indeed the latest version?
The page is the generic Network Adapter driver's page:
Thanks

Hello TomMoz,
Greetings for the day!
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
As per this issue, we checked the attached picture, and that option is graded out. We checked that this is not a hardware failure issue but rather a software issue; hence, this Ethernet card is embedded with a Gigabyte motherboard. Please reach out to Gigabyte support; they will have the necessary information to proceed further.
Thank you for using Intel products and services.
Regards,
Manoranjan.
