I know, that I am not the first who asked that, but I was not able to get an answer yet.
I am looking for a document, where the tape and pin 1 orientation of Ethernet controller WGI210 is described. It should be a tape and reel specification of used package QFN64.
Probably this controller does have only one orientation, but even this is not documented.
Thank you

Hi Fikri,
thank a lot. Could you please pass a screenshot of the png you sent. Almost right there is written "Q2". This could be the information I am looking for. But I need to see the headline. Many thanks. Ingo Dornbusch

Hi Dornbusch,
Thank you for your reply. Just for confirmation, are you looking for the headline of the document from which the png image file was shared?

Hi Dornbusch,
Greetings!
Thank you for your patience. The Q2 in the screenshot is just the antistatic cover tape design approved date (04/27/04) which was in AP0133.pdf.

Thanks a lot for your reply Dinesh. I am sad to say, that your answer is putting me back to start. So within the files provided to me, there is no indication for the orientation of the component. I do not wonder about ist, since those information normally is given by component specification and not within packing specification.
Kind Regards
Ingo
