Problem teaming a dual port 82576 Card

Hi , I have been trying to setup a card team on my Windows 2008 R2 64 bit Dell Server which has an Intel 1 Gigabit dual Port , I just downloaded and installed the newest version of Prowinx64 . the problem is that if the team is configured to get automatic IP configuration (DHCP client) it works Ok, but whenever I try to set static IP parameters, the server cannot ping any address or access other network services (browse the internet , access the DNS server ,etc) , however I can ping the team IP address from other computer . The team type I am trying to use is static link aggregation.

Has somebody else experienced this problem?
