REPORT: Intel(R) I211 Gigabit Network Connection - Random disconnects - Issues

This issue appears  especially during Gaming sessions on Win 10. We play in a Team and a friend and I having the exact same issue. Both Intel Network Card + AMD Processor. Is this intended?

We can say it is not the cable. We exchanged them already.

Further I want to add this especially occours in the Game CoD Warzone. It kicks out randomly out of sessions and leads to crashes.

Despite we have a state of the art gaming setup, one newer (see above) and one a bit older!

 

Please fix this. Otherwise we might need to sue.

All recent drivers & updates are installed. OS is updated to the current latest build / updates.

Hi,

I didn't see your post until today.

 

I have given all requested information before you even asked, you should read more carefully!

  1. What is the driver version installed? latest
  2. What is your OS? win10
  3. When did the issue started? always existed, got more (5-10 min intervals recently, sometimes no issues)
  4. What are the troubleshooting steps that you have tried so far?
    1. Resetting UEFI
    2. Installing UEFI update most recent
    3. Pulling and installing all Windows Updates
    4. Updating all Windows Drivers
    5. Resetting the whole thing
    6. Different OS tried (all major Linux Distors)
    7. Reinstalled other things on the system like GPU Drivers etc
    8. Windows Debug Mode
    9. Procmon and grabbing all Windows Event Logs
    10. Trying different Games to understand the issue

Issue always comes immediately during high load (Games, Streams etc). If no inet usage, there's no issue. Issue persists across all OS.

 

Thank you, please fix this immediately or I need to sue. That issue seems to be very well-known and you should have taken care of it.

Those are the events from the last time I posted until today. Between that I cleared the EventLogs a few times, in order to debug it, therefore it does not contain all dates e.g. of the past year. Though it's almost complete. The number after the date is the Event-ID shown in the logs. I hope it helps.

I disabled it for now, I will report back in a few days. Hopefully it works now!

Who the hell did enable this by default? The responsible engineer needs a soft neck slap
