Receive buffer settings not working after installing i226 driver

Hi, 

 

I installed an Intel i226 Ethernet card by provided by Intel in Dell Precision 3680 Tower workstation and installed the i226 driver provided by Dell. However, the Receive Buffer property is not visible in the Advanced Settings.

When connecting the i226 card to medical imaging equipment, I need to configure the Receive Buffer value, but the menu is not visible, which is frustrating.

The issue is the same with both the Dell and Intel drivers.
