Speed of 82575EB is to much slow at DPDK, why?

I have my hardware with fiber 82575EB, i try running l2fwd dpdk, the speed is so much slow, while i have another hardware with 82574L i run l2fwd dpdk but the speed was high and perfect, while 82575EB is slow?

I use Ubunutu 16 and dpdk-17.11.2
