I can't install the Killer Control Center in the opened Microsoft Store interface after I execute the installer of the full Killer suite. I have tried a clean install, and I have also used MicrosoftProgram_Install_and_Uninstall.meta

The attachment is the log when installing the killer suite

Hi @ShironaYuki ,

Thank you for your respond and the log file. We could see you have Intel wifi card: Killer(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX1650x 160MHz Wireless Network Adapter (200NGW) and your system is on Windows 11 Version:"10.0.22621 Build 22621".

May I know if your steps of reinstallation was something like in this article (except 6. Select the AX1650):

To obtain better help, may I propose that you post this thread in the following Intel Communities:

Thank you.

Hi @ShironaYuki,

Thank you for posting in Intel Ethernet Communities.

Kindly provide the following information for us to check on your issue:

1) The version of OS build

2) What is the brand and model of the motherboard and ethernet NIC, whether it is onboard?

System Support Utility(SSU) log of your system. This will allow us to check your Adapter details and configuration. This would also help us identify if you are using an OEM or retail version of Intel Ethernet Adapter. Kindly refer to the steps below.

a- Go to https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-?product=91600 and download the software.

b- Open SSU.exe

c- Mark the box "Everything" and then click "Scan".

d- When finished scanning, click "Next".

e- Click on "Save" and attach the file to a post.

3) May I know any issue happened prior the installation of Killer Control Center? Please attach the error in this post.

4) You may try steps below for Clean Installation to Solve Most Intel® Killer™ Performance Suite Issues:

Please let me know if I can be of any assistance.

I tried to use the solution you gave me to customize the installation driver, but my model does not exist in my driver

It shows that the latest is AX1550, please see the attachment
