Re:Unable to obtain IP address on Intel I219-V on EFI

I am working on a simple system that establishes an internet connection before ExitBootServices by using the driver version of iPXE. In addition to this, I use BearSSL to provide HTTPS support. This setup works reliably as long as Boot Services are active.

However, once ExitBootServices is called, these drivers become unavailable (no SNP), and I need to manage everything myself.

I am using an Intel I219-V network card, and I have been trying to prepare a compatible implementation here: https://spitakgames.com/gnu-efi

When I debug the GNU-EFI project, it attempts to obtain an IP address at startup, but it fails and cannot acquire one. I haven’t been able to determine where the issue is.
