Unable to write to flash using EepromAccessTool

I used the EepromAccessTool and did the following.

 

$ sudo ./EepromAccessTool

My system message is as follows.

SW :

OS : Ubuntu 22.04

kernel version : linux 5.15

HW :

CPU : MTK Genio 700 (ARM base)

Ethernet : Intel I226

flash : winbond w25q16jvssiq
